Job summary

Tarbell Management Group, operating Tim Hortons in Massena, NY, seeks a friendly crew member to deliver fast, accurate service and take orders with a welcoming smile.

You will stock front counter and drive-thru, keep areas clean, and work as part of a team across shifts. Training on a computer-based system is provided, and adherence to policies and flexible availability are required. Prior customer service or baking experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service/baking experience is an asset.
• Reliability and ability to work flexible hours.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adhere to policies/procedures/standards (written and oral)
• Able to operate effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to make correct changes (basic mathematical skills)

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and handle cash with POS.
• Stock front counter and drive-thru areas; maintain cleanliness.
• Process customer orders accurately and follow order monitor.
• Follow cash handling procedures and store policies.
• Arrive on time and follow break/meal period rules.
