Job summary

McDonald’s Crew Team Members provide friendly service, help customers order, and prepare McDonald’s World Famous food in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work with teammates and managers to meet daily goals while keeping the restaurant clean and welcoming.

Applicants must be at least 15 years old and can pursue Archways to Opportunity education programs, including high school completion and college tuition assistance. Part-time and full-time schedules are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 15 years of age or older.
• Ability to learn quickly and work well in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Willingness to grow and take advantage of training opportunities (Archways to Opportunity)

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals
• Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
