McDonald’s is seeking a Crew Team Member to join our restaurant in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You’ll engage with customers, help them order their favorites, and participate in preparing World Famous McDonald’s food while supporting daily goals.

We offer part-time or full-time opportunities, flexible scheduling, and training through Archways to Opportunity to help you grow. You must be 16 years or older to start.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced customer service is a plus.
• Able to work in a team and maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience.
• Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals.
• Prepare all of McDonald’s World Famous food.
• Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun.
• Keep the restaurant looking fantastic.
