Compensation
Hourly base pay rate is $16.20 - $24.28/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Pay Rate: $17.35/hr
2 Shifts Available:
Role: Pit boss, Coach, Crew Leader. These titles are synonymous with leading a team of high-performance drivers in the auto industry, whether at Daytona, Indianapolis, or the world’s largest wholesale vehicle marketplace – Manheim.
Manheim, part of Cox Automotive, seeks a Crew Leader to coach teams with winning strategies to move vehicles, employees, and customers safely around our multi-acre lots like champions.
Manage the auction lot, making strategic decisions to safely move thousands of vehicles during auctions. Additionally, you will:
