We service homes and businesses throughout Minnetonka, Wayzata, Plymouth, Chanhassen, Hopkins, and Lake Minnetonka Surrounding Communities. We offer quality craftsmanship for all home repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects – large and small. We are seeking motivated professional Carpenters with skills in multiple trades for both part-time and full-time positions.

This is your opportunity to join a locally owned and operated business that is part of the Ace family! If you want a W2 position with the flexibility of independent work, weekends and evenings free for personal time, we find and schedule jobs for you. You provide quality craftsmanship and customer service, working from your home using your own truck or van to travel to job sites in Minnetonka, Plymouth, and nearby areas. The salary range is $30-35 hourly, plus benefits, reimbursements, and performance bonuses, with potential annual income up to $70,000+.

Job Requirements

We seek Craftsmen with a strong work ethic, professional appearance, and broad knowledge of trades including Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, Drywalling, light Plumbing, and Electrical. Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to interact positively with clients, colleagues, management, and office staff. Specific qualifications include:

• Successful prior experience as a Multi-Skilled Craftsman
• Skills in carpentry, painting, drywall, texturing, decking, siding, fencing, tile
• Own tools for all trades
• Own truck or van in good condition
• Valid driver’s license
• Residence within 20 miles of Minnetonka, MN
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Documentation and invoicing skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Punctuality and strong work ethic
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Estimation skills and home inspection experience preferred
• Minor electrical and plumbing skills a plus
