MRI Software is seeking a Screening Processing Coordinator for on-site work at Minnesota courthouses. This part-time role emphasizes accurate court record research, fingerprint card processing, and BCA support.

You will split time between the courthouse, Minnesota office, and BCA office, with a 25-hour weekly schedule. Ideal candidates have strong data-entry skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be located in the greater Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota area.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between courthouse, Minnesota office, and Minnesota BCA office.
• Part-time schedule: 25 hours/week, Mon-Fri, 5 hours/day, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST/CDT.
• Basic computer proficiency to enter data, scan documents, attach files, update tracking records, and use internal systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established, documented procedures.
• Ability to handle confidential information and PII with care.
• Strong time-management and ability to work independently.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Physically handle, stamp, scan, mail, transport and securely dispose of paper documents.

Responsibilities

• Courthouse criminal record research using public access resources at the Minnesota courthouse.
• Review screening requests and prioritize work.
• Search court records with variations of names and identifying information.
• Evaluate potential matches and document results per procedures.
• Complete requests when no records are located.
• Research and resolve verification or discrepancy issues.
• Follow QC requirements and escalate uncertainties.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect PII.
• Support fingerprint card preparation, distribution, and tracking as needed.
• Deliver fingerprint cards to the Minnesota BCA and track submissions.
• Provide backup admin, courier, records-processing, and compliance support as priorities require.
