Job summary

Central Point School District 6 is seeking a Warehouse Courier/Delivery staff member for part-time shifts in the Maintenance/Food Services building. The role involves receiving, storing, and delivering items between district facilities, maintaining inventories, and assisting with interdistrict mail delivery.

Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to operate a lift-gate truck and pallet equipment.

Qualifications

Must read, write, understand and follow multi-step instructions in English.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Must possess a valid Oregon or Washington driver’s license.
Must be able to operate a large delivery truck with a lift gate.
Must be able to operate a forklift and a pallet jack.

Responsibilities

Receives warehouse deliveries and verifies accuracy of items.
Prepares pallets for delivery to District facilities.
Delivers interdistrict mail and other supplies to facilities.
Conducts monthly inventory of warehouse and cold storage areas.
Maintains warehouse and cold storage facilities in a safe, clean, orderly fashion.
Performs light maintenance on cold storage equipment.
Lifts up to 50 lbs regularly and more with assistance.
