Responsibilities

• Clean fixtures, vehicles, equipment, floors, and building exteriors.
• Deliver mail and packages to locations on a set schedule.
• Notify management of repairs and report general condition of buildings and equipment.
• Remove snow and ice by shoveling and salting walks and driveways as needed.
• Provide friendly, professional service to all members.
• Perform other duties and maintain a safe and violation free driving record.
