Weekend Part-time Position

Pay Range: $17.00-$19.00 per hour, based on experience

Essential Position Duties

1. Delivers and picks up specimens as directed, in accordance with CLIA and OSHA standards and company policy.
2. Delivers supplies and/or literature as needed by clients.
3. Responds to pages in a timely manner.
4. Ensures proper, secure stabilization of sensitive specimens during transportation, following CLIA regulations and company policy.
5. Notifies supervisor and/or dispatch of any issues with equipment or vehicles promptly.
6. Operates vehicle safely, adhering to company policy and state regulations.
7. Reports accidents, injuries, and safety risks immediately.
8. Adheres to US Labs company dress code.
9. Maintains good attendance and reports to work on time.
10. Identifies personal development needs and seeks coaching or mentoring when appropriate.
11. Performs additional duties, including cleaning company vehicles, as assigned.

Compliance Responsibilities

1. Follows applicable legal requirements, standards, and procedures, including those in the Compliance Process, Code of Conduct, and Corporate Integrity Agreement (CIA).
2. Participates in required orientation, compliance, and HIPAA training programs.
3. Cooperates with monitoring, audits, and investigations.
4. Engages in process improvement initiatives as requested.
