Summary

Responsible for picking up, transporting, and delivering samples and related items, and completing appropriate forms and documentation.

Essential Functions

1. Picks up, transports, and delivers samples, documents, materials, and other items as needed.
2. Reviews, completes, and processes documents, databases, and related materials for sample pick up, transport, and delivery.
3. Prepares vehicle or truck for daily operations, including documentation and safety checks.
4. Provides support to staff and management regarding sample transport.
5. Assists in researching issues and developing recommendations for resolving employee and customer issues.
6. Ensures compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, escalating issues when necessary.
7. Contributes to departmental efficiency and effectiveness by offering suggestions and participating in team activities.
8. Demonstrates courteous and cooperative behavior to promote a harmonious workplace environment.

Qualifications

Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Certificates and Licenses: Valid Driver's License; continued employment contingent upon maintaining all required licenses and certificates.
