Job summary

NeuroRestorative, part of Sevita, seeks a part-time Counselor with LCPC/LPC eligibility to provide counseling to individuals and families and participate in multidisciplinary treatment teams.

The role involves using psycho-educational and medical/illness assessment models, completing documentation and billing, and contributing to program participant care and supervision as needed.

Qualifications

OUR MISSION AND PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

Provides counseling to individuals and/or families using multiple forms of therapeutic approaches, including psycho-educational models and medical/illness models of assessment and diagnosis. May also help with job and vocational concerns or parenting.

Provides individual counseling and support services and family psychotherapy as appropriate to training and program participant needs.

Participates in treatment planning with a trans-disciplinary team.

Submits service summaries and billing slips for each program participant served, indicating objectives, strategies, and outcomes obtained. Completes daily billing summaries and turns them in to appropriate staff.

Attends CCS in-house seminars as scheduled and/or appropriate. Provides appropriate supervision and in-house activities for program participants as needed.

Master's degree in a human services field
