Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD or Psy.D. in Clinical or Counseling Psychology, or related field.
• Active Pennsylvania license or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience providing personal counseling, crisis intervention, assessment and consultation.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally informed individual counseling, group therapy, initial assessments, crisis intervention, and referral services to students.
• Demonstrate commitment and experience in diversity and inclusion programming and clinical expertise with traditionally underserved or marginalized populations.
• Provide consultation to faculty, staff and administration regarding students.
• Facilitate psycho-educational groups, support groups, and conduct workshops on mental health-related topics.
• Provide supervision to trainees as required.
