Qualifications

• COTA education obtained from an accredited two-year associate degree program.
• Valid or pending State Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant License.

Responsibilities

• Help residents improve quality of life by enabling independence and motor skills.
• Implement treatment plans in collaboration with an Occupational Therapist and educate staff and family as needed.
• Document Rehab department activities under supervision.
• Opportunity to treat at multiple locations to serve diverse resident needs.
