Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under supervision of licensed OT.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and team.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to supervising therapist.
• Coordinate treatment goals with care team.
• Prepare and submit patient charges accurately.
• Support departmental operations and program development.
• Maintain and enhance clinical and professional skills through continuing education.
