Responsibilities

• Provide direct medical care within your scope of practice to youth residents in a 24-hour secure facility.
• Assess, monitor, and maintain residents' health under supervision and established protocols; refer to higher care when needed.
• Follow training plans and work towards progression from CN 1 to CN 2 after competency attainment.
• Promote safety, restorative justice values, and professional relationships in care delivery.
• Maintain documentation and participate in ongoing training and development.
