Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Part-Time Core Sales Associate to deliver a world-class shopping experience and help drive sales at our University Mall location. You will share product knowledge, engage fans, and help shape brand loyalty through memorable interactions.

Bring at least 1 year in a high‑performing selling environment, a caring communication style, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. 20+ hours weekly preferred. 50+ pound lifting capacity may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Demonstrated care in communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience across levels of the organization.
• Must be 18 years or older with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; 20+ hours per week preferred.
• Stand for extended periods; lift up to 50 pounds; reliable schedule.

Responsibilities

• Dare to exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with fans.
• Be a brand ambassador with passion for Pandora and the shopping experience.
• Create memorable moments through excellent product knowledge and brand loyalty.
• Craft loyal fans by engaging customers beyond transactions.
• Maintain merchandising and retail standards for smooth operation.
• Deliver on KPIs; cross-train across store functions; mentor new team members.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
