Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Part‑Time Core Sales Associate to deliver a world‑class shopping experience and help exceed sales goals in our store. You will share product knowledge, engage fans, and foster brand loyalty while upholding merchandising standards.

The role requires a passion for the brand, at least one year in a high‑performance selling environment, 18+ with eligibility to work, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays with a minimum 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Care in communication, written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience with people at all levels.
• 18 years or older with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; availability of 20+ hours per week.
• Hours up to 12 per base week, up to 21 during peak weeks, not to exceed 30 hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world‑class experience, surpass store sales goals and engage fans.
• Share product knowledge, inspire customers to style jewellery and build brand loyalty.
• Maintain brand standards and assist across store functions as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
