Pandora is seeking a Part-time Core Sales Associate in Gilbert, AZ. You will deliver a world-class experience, exceed sales goals, and engage fans with product knowledge. Core Staff are part-time with consistent schedules and responsibilities to support the store and customers.

You must be at least 18, with 1 year of sales experience, and flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays. The role offers eligible bonus potential and a 401K plan, plus employee discounts and product perks.

Qualifications

• You can demonstrate you’re a results-oriented seller with at least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• You have developed a sense of Care in your communication skills both written and verbal.
• You know how to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• You are at least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays is part of the excitement; standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50+ pounds may be required.
• Hours are typically up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week); dependability matters.
