Pandora operates at The Walk Outlets in New Jersey and is seeking a Part-Time Core Sales Associate to deliver a world-class shopping experience and exceed store goals. You will share product knowledge to inspire and engage our fans, helping them express themselves with Pandora jewelry.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in a high-performance sales environment, a strong care in communication, and the ability to connect with customers across levels.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong care in communication, written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate customers at all levels.
• 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Flexible schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays; at least 20 hours weekly.
• Consistent schedule; peak weeks may reach up to 30 hours.

• Share product knowledge and build brand loyalty with Pandora fans.
• Maintain smooth store operations and cross-train across store functions.
• Mentor new team members and live Pandora's core values daily.
