Pandora in Paramus, NJ is seeking a Part-Time Core Sales Associate to deliver a world-class shopping experience, exceed sales goals, and engage fans with authentic knowledge of our jewellery.

You will be a foundational team member with consistent hours, cross-trained across store functions, and opportunities to grow within a passionate brand that values care, charm, and outstanding service. Flex hours include nights, weekends, and holidays, with a typical schedule around 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong care in communication in written and verbal form.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience with all levels of the organization.
• 18 years or older with proof of identity and work eligibility.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds; timely arrival to work.
• Consistent schedule with at least 20 hours per week preferred.
• Base weeks up to 12 hours, peak weeks up to 21 hours (not to exceed 30 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class shopping experience and exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Engage fans and build brand loyalty through product knowledge.
• Mentor and support new team members while cross-training across store functions.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards for a smooth, on-brand operation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
