Pandora is the world’s largest jewellery brand, designing accessible luxury pieces that empower self-expression. The Part-Time Core Sales Associate will deliver a world-class in-store experience, surpass sales goals, and engage fans with product knowledge and brand passion.

As a Core Staff Associate, you’ll support store operations with consistent schedules, cross-training across store functions, and mentorship for new team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience at all levels of the organization.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Consistent schedule with at least 20 hours per week; peak weeks may reach 30 hours.
• Cross-train across store functions and mentor new team members.
• Bonus potential and 401K plan offered.
