Pandora is the world’s largest jewellery brand, empowering people to express themselves through accessible luxury. The Part-Time Core Sales Associate will deliver a world-class in-store experience, surpass sales goals, and engage fans with product knowledge and brand loyalty.

You’ll be part of a foundation ensuring smooth store operation, cross-training across store functions, and mentoring new team members while living our values to Dream, Care, Dare, and Deliver.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong care in communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• You must be at least 18 years old with proof of identity and work eligibility.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; availability at least 20 hours per week; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class in-store experience and surpass sales goals.
• Exhibit passionate product knowledge and build brand loyalty among fans.
• Cross-train across store functions and mentor new team members to support the store.
