Pandora is seeking a Part-Time Core Sales Associate for our Santa Rosa Plaza store. In this role, you will deliver world-class customer experiences, surpass sales goals, and inspire customers to express themselves through our jewellery.

You will have responsibilities including engaging customers, maintaining store standards, and contributing to team success. A flexible schedule is preferred, including nights and weekends, with pay ranging from $18.21 to $20.60 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• You can demonstrate you’re a results‑oriented seller with at least one year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• You have developed a sense of Care in your communication skills, both written and verbal.
• You know how to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• You are at least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Dream and embrace adventure! A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays is all part of the excitement. This may include standing for extended periods, lifting 50+ pounds, and timely arrival to work.
• Maintain a consistent schedule, with an availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred.
• The hours are typically up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week). Dependability matters: you should be regularly scheduled during peak hours or critical shifts, including weekends.
