Job summary

Pandora is hiring a Part-Time Core Sales Associate at Nebraska Crossing Outlets in Gretna, NE. You will deliver a world-class customer experience, exceed sales goals, and engage fans with product knowledge and brand passion.

You will be part of a supportive team with consistent hours, cross-training, and opportunities to grow while maintaining brand standards and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to connect with customers at all levels of the organization.
• 18 years or older and eligible to work.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; 20 hours per week preferred.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
• Consistent schedule with variable hours up to 30 per week, including peak weeks.

Responsibilities

• Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers.
• Deliver world-class shopping experiences and share product knowledge to inspire styling.
• Maintain store standards and participate in merchandising and operations.
• Cross-train across store functions and mentor new team members.
• Deliver on KPIs and embody the Pandora brand values.
