Job summary

Greeneview Local Schools is seeking part-time cooks for its school meal program. Positions include Middle School (9:00-12:00) and High School (10:00-1:00), each about 3 hours per day.

These are new positions to support daily breakfast and lunch service in the school dining facilities. Responsibilities include following recipes, preparing food, serving meals, operating the cash register, and performing daily kitchen cleanup.

Qualifications

• Part-time school food service cooks required.
• Experience in a school or institutional food service is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and menus prepared by the Food Service Director.
• Prepare food daily for breakfast and lunch.
• Serve food for breakfast and lunch.
• Operate the register.
• Conduct daily kitchen cleanup.
• Unload and stock food deliveries.
• Count and record money.
• Prepare daily deposits.
