The position offers part-time hours, every other weekend, and a pay rate of $16–$17 per hour. Prior hospital or long-term care kitchen experience is preferred but training is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must obtain ServSafe Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen area in a safe, orderly, clean and sanitary manner.
• Prepare nutritious, home-style meals for residents.
• Follow menus and portion control guides.
• Record food temperatures and assist with serving.
• Maintain sanitation and assist with training dietary staff.
