Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in East Peoria, IL is looking for a part-time Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare menu items to recipe specifications and ensure high quality, while using the POS to ring orders and restock the workstation as needed.

• Prepares menu items as ordered and adheres to recipe guidelines.
• Ensures all prepared items meet quality and plate specifications.
• Rings all prepared menu items through the POS system.
• Restocks workstation with food products as needed.
• Follows proper personal hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Follows proper food storage, handling and preparation standards.
• Adheres to Ecosure standards at all times.
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment by following safety guidelines.
• Completes and abides by all training requirements.
• All other duties as assigned.
