Unidine is seeking a part-time COOK to join the Park Place Assisted Living team in Seattle. The role requires two years of prior line cook experience in an assisted living or hospitality setting and will follow established recipes and safety guidelines.

You will prepare meals, portion accurately, and maintain serving temperatures. The position offers a part-time schedule with Tuesday shifts from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with covering shifts as needed.

• Ability to follow standardized recipes and food safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions.
• Serve meals and prepare for delivery with correct portioning and temperatures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize storage; ensure safe food handling.
• Assist in production planning, record keeping and ordering as required.
• Report maintenance needs and safety concerns to supervisor.
• Adhere to all HACCP standards and company policies.
