Part-Time Cook for Northampton Post Acute

Live Well Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Part-Time Cook to join our team at Northampton Post Acute, a Skilled Nursing Facility. We take pride in serving our communities with high standards of excellence in Dietary, Housekeeping, and Laundry services.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently prepare meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including portioning and plating.
• Follow standardized recipes and assist in recipe development and compliance.
• Prepare garnishes and ensure proper presentation of hot menu items.
• Act as a liaison for the Dietary Manager in their absence, ensuring meal prep and delivery are accurate.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment before and after food service.
• Manage inventory, handle purchasing, and rotate stock.
• Handle last-minute requests for special events.
