Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year experience cooking food for large groups or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists in preparation of meals. Stores, refrigerates, and freezes foods in a safe manner.
• Cleans dining area. Cleans kitchen facilities and equipment. Maintains high degree of cleanliness in kitchen and dining area.
• Maintain inventory of kitchen food and supplies to meet needs of kitchen. Receive donated goods and processes gifts-in-kind documentation.
