Job summary

Beef 'O' Brady's in Tillman's Corner (Mobile, AL) is hiring part-time cooks to join our back-of-the-house team. You will prep, cook, and plate menu items to recipe specs in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

We value team players with strong work ethic who follow food safety guidelines, maintain clean equipment and work area, and can read tickets and prep sheets in English. Prior restaurant experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts
• Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, and spec charts in English
• Able to competently operate the grill, fryers, oven, and other kitchen equipment
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds
• Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling & storage
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures
• Keep equipment clean and the work area organized
• Complete duties without constant supervision
