Qualifications

• Must be able to perform basic arithmetic and follow written/oral instructions.
• Cook experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn.
• Solid communication skills and attention to detail; multitask effectively.
• Reads, writes, and speaks English sufficiently to interact with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals for residents in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor quality and temperature of food; ensure safety and sanitary conditions.
• Follow all company policies and procedures and comply with laws and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents and families.
