Job summary

Brenwood Park Assisted Living is seeking a part-time cook to join our team and deliver friendly, timely service to residents and staff. You will follow recipes, maintain sanitation, and contribute to high-quality meals that meet residents' dining expectations.

Responsibilities include preparing meals for breakfast, lunch, or dinner as scheduled, rotating stock with the Food Service Director, and applying proper food safety procedures. Prior dining service experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of cooking experience (some short order cooking).
• Serv-Safe certification, or willing to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals for breakfast, lunch or dinner as assigned.
• Reads and follows recipes to ensure consistency of the product.
• Maintains proper sanitation and safety procedures.
• Orders, receives, and rotates stock with the Food Service Director.
• Assists with meeting or exceeding resident dining expectations.
