A growing residential real estate investment company is seeking a talented Recruiter to join their fully remote team. The role involves actively sourcing top talent through various methods, managing recruiting agencies, and supporting HR responsibilities. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of recruiting experience and a track record of success.
Looking for a talented, high-energy Recruiter to assist in recruiting high-quality talent for our growing company. This is a part-time role that is 100% remote!
The Corporate Recruiter will primarily recruit the best talent in the market through multiple means including networking, screening resumes, cold calling, etc. This role may also involve managing outside agencies and additional HR responsibilities such as assisting with corporate training and employee development.
Recruit candidates through various methods: cold calling, networking, advertisements, job fairs, college campuses, and other creative means to hire top talent. Continuous recruiting is necessary to maintain a pipeline of candidates across all departments to support future growth.
Screen all candidates using our HR system and keep the system updated daily.
Hire and manage search firms to recruit top talent.
Train managers and executives on effective networking and recruiting strategies.
Assist with selecting new HR technologies, corporate training, employee development, and compensation planning.
Help update HR policies.
Minimum 3-5 years of recruiting experience with a proven track record of success.
