Juice Jerky, a San Diego-based fruit leather brand, seeks a part-time Content Assistant to shoot and produce short-form social media content. You will spend Sundays at the farmers market, then edit remotely during the week to create 6–8 clips for TikTok and Instagram Reels.

You should enjoy short-form video content, have a good eye for moment-worthy footage, and be comfortable using CapCut or InShot. Flexible work-from-home options are available, with roughly 9–10 hours per week at $20/hour.

Qualifications

• Basic video editing skills using CapCut, InShot or similar tools.
• Strong instinct for moments that stop a scroll.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently after market days.
• Bonus: experience with branding/marketing or film.

Responsibilities

• Monitor market camera feed and log timestamps.
• Keep running notes so nothing is missed during busy periods.
• Occasionally capture supplementary footage on a phone for close-ups.
• Review raw footage and timestamped notes to clip 6–8 videos (15–60s).
• Deliver an organized folder of clips weekly for posting.
