Job Description

HW Staffing is hiring consumer watch merchandisers to join our team. The right individual will be able to pay close attention to detail. This person will be able to merchandise popular watches at various retail stores and jewelers. The applicant will be responsible for keeping an excellent organization in the assigned task.

Job Overview: As a Merchandiser you will be responsible for following a planogram and follow all visual directives, provide sales support and conduct in-store trainings.

Job Location: Territory includes Wayne, Paramus, Short Hills, Livingston, Rockaway, Jersey City, Nyack, Elizabeth, Middletown, East Rutherford, Kearney and Hoboken

Job Description: Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Create and execute displays to entice customers while staying within company standards
• Analyze business to determine best/worst sellers and adjust planogram accordingly
• Merchandise and maintain timepieces in all accounts including Department Store, Merchants and Jeweler Accounts.
• Use and placement of POP material
• Partner with all store personnel including Management and communicate effectively with each Manager on a regular basis
• Conduct In-Store trainings on product knowledge
• Completes Monthly Reports and submits monthly pictures
• Provides In-Store Product Knowledge Trainings
• Assists Customers with sales, questions, and concerns
• Must have good Customer Service Skills as well as Communication Skills

Mileage: Mileage reimbursement based on current IRS regulation

Flexible Daytime and weekday hours

Required to work some weekends for Holidays and Special Events

Must have Email capabilities, knowledge of excel, word and ppt. preferable but not required

Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance required.
