PSD Scotland is seeking a Consultant or Principal in General Practice to lead the Trainee Development and Wellbeing Service (TDWS). You will devise personalised learning and support plans for trainees and signpost resources to help them progress in their training.

You will also help evolve TDWS to anticipate broader development needs of doctors in training across Scotland, with a focus on flexible training and high-quality professional support.

Competenze

• Must be a Consultant or Principal in General Practice with MRCGP.
• Experience in postgraduate education and trainee support.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Mansioni

• Devise a learning and support plan for individual trainees and signpost to resources to support their programme.
• Contribute to evolving the TDWS to meet trainee development needs across Scotland.
