Job summary

Wentworth Institute of Technology invites applications for part-time Adjunct Faculty positions in the Sweeney Programs of Construction Management for Fall 2026 and/or Spring 2027. Candidates will teach a range of construction management courses and labs, supporting project‑based learning and hands‑on instruction.

Minimum qualifications include a Master’s degree; Doctoral degree and teaching/industry experience are highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Doctoral degree preferred.
• 3 years teaching experience preferred.
• Significant industry‑related work experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses listed in Fall 2026 and/or Spring 2027 (Surveying Labs, Building Construction Labs, Construction Estimating, Construction Project Management, Plan Reading, Building Systems, Quality Control & Assurance).
• Deliver lab and lecture content, assess student work, and provide timely feedback.
• Collaborate with Sweeney Programs of Construction Management to support project‑based learning.
