Job summary

OTC Industrial Technologies is seeking a Service Technician to repair and service air compressors and related equipment across customer sites in Mississippi. The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, remote monitoring, and timely maintenance to boost equipment reliability and uptime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with rotary screw, oil-free and/or oil-flooded air compressor service preferred.
• Strong communication skills essential.
• Self-starter with organized work habits.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair air compressors, pumps, gearboxes and other rotating equipment.
• Monitor sites remotely and respond proactively to issues.
• Diagnose problems and recommend solutions to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Identify site repairs, upgrades and preventive maintenance.
• Complete accurate service reports and communicate site needs.

What You'll Do:
