Job summary

OTC Industrial Technologies in the United States seeks a Service Technician to support their compressed air systems across DIRECTAIR sites. You will diagnose, repair, and optimize rotating equipment while maintaining customer relationships and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with rotary screw, oil-free and/or oil-flooded air systems preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair air compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and other rotating equipment at DIRECTAIR sites across the region.
• Monitor sites remotely and respond proactively to issues.
• Diagnose issues and recommend solutions to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Identify site repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
• Complete accurate service reports and communicate site needs.
• Keep your service vehicle stocked with tools and order parts at sites.
• Respond to urgent calls and minimize downtime.
• Represent OTC professionally and build strong customer relationships.
• Follow safety protocols and stay current through ongoing training.
• Handle emergency service calls with speed and precision to keep operations moving.
• Be flexible and ready to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
