Job summary

TNT Kid’s Fitness & Gymnastics in Fargo, ND, seeks a Part-Time Competitive Cheer Coach to support our competitive program. You’ll teach fundamentals, safety progressions, and create a positive, high-energy environment for athletes and families.

The schedule includes weekday afternoons/evenings and some weekend events, with travel as needed. Experience is helpful, but TNT provides required training and certifications.

Qualifications

• Plan and lead age-appropriate practices for competitive cheer teams
• Teach cheer fundamentals, stunting, tumbling, and routines with safety in mind
• Maintain required certifications and background checks as per TNT policies

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and implement structured practices for assigned competitive cheer teams
• Teach motions, jumps, dance, stunting, tumbling, transitions, and routines
• Provide spotting, supervision, and instruction following TNT safety standards
• Assist with developing and cleaning competition routines and choreography
• Evaluate athlete skills and communicate development needs to the department manager
