Job summary

Keystone Human Services is seeking a part-time Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for individuals receiving services, supporting access to employment, appointments, and community activities. You will coordinate with staff and families to align schedules and maintain vehicle readiness, while ensuring passenger safety and regulatory compliance.

The position requires a high school diploma, a valid drivers license, and comfort with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid drivers license.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and learning new electronic systems.
• Awareness and understanding of Autism

Responsibilities

• Promote Keystone’s mission, values, and culture through all aspects of the role.
• Provide safe and timely transportation for individuals to community activities, employment, appointments, and other destinations.
• Collaborate with individual support, families, and other stakeholders to coordinate transportation schedules and communicate changes as needed.
• Maintain transportation schedules, vehicle records, maintenance documentation, and other required reporting.
• Follow all applicable transportation regulations, safety requirements, agency policies, and procedures, including vehicle inspections and maintenance requirements.
• Communicate schedule changes, safety concerns, and opportunities to improve service quality; maintain professional boundaries.
• Maintain appropriate and professional boundaries.
