Job summary

Kindly Direct Care is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional to provide one-to-one support for an adult in Freehold, NJ. Schedule includes Monday and Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., with driving on shift required. Pay ranges from $17 to $21 per hour.

• Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule.
• Driving is required.
• Able to complete onboarding, background checks, and training.

Responsibilities

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities in the community.
• Provide help with her behaviors, such as defying rules and repetitive behavior.
• Provide companionship and community support.
• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.
• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual's needs.
• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.
• Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.
