The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties (CPARC) is seeking a Community Participation Aide to work in our Community Fusion program assisting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Sherman’s Dale openings are 4 days a week, 9:30am to 2:30pm, with no weekends or holidays.

Starting pay is $13.54 per hour. Benefits include dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, 60 hours of paid time off during the first year, and paid training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants in utilizing neighborhood services and participating in volunteer opportunities.
• Support participants during Community Fusion activities in Sherman’s Dale as scheduled.
