Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a Part-Time Program Director to lead and grow your community's LifeWise program. You will build relationships with schools, churches and families, and coordinate fundraising and community support to sustain the program.

You will recruit, train and support volunteers, supervise class operations, manage communication and scheduling, and ensure compliance with school policies while expanding partnerships to serve students and families.

Qualifications

• Experience in ministry, education, fundraising, administration, volunteer coordination, or community engagement is helpful, but a heart for the mission is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive partnerships with school leaders, parents, churches and community members
• Serve as a trusted representative of LifeWise Academy in the local community
• Coordinate local fundraising efforts and donor campaigns
• Recruit, train and support team members
• Oversee communications, scheduling and enrollment, plus basic administrative tasks
