Job summary

Fairfield Residential is seeking a Part-Time Community Leasing Associate to be the face of the community for prospective residents. You will guide applicants through the leasing process, close deals, and deliver exceptional service to create welcoming living experiences.

Responsibilities include managing lease files, using Yardi for leasing tasks, and supporting marketing efforts with social media updates. A high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and 1+ year in customer service or sales

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum of one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail required.
• Leasing or real estate experience preferred.
• Experience using Yardi or similar property management software a plus.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospects and residents.
• Drive the leasing process and close deals.
• Deliver outstanding service to exceed expectations.
• Manage lease files and maintain accurate records.
• Utilize Yardi software for leasing processes.
• Update social media and assist with advertising.
