Qualifications

• BSN preferred and nursing licensure required for Massachusetts.
• Completion of Accredited Nursing Program is required.
• Massachusetts RN licensure with BCLS per policy.
• 1 year of relevant nursing experience in community health/ambulatory care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients via history, tests, and observations.
• Educate patients on test results and care plans.
• Use clinical judgment when triaging patients in person or by phone.
• Safely administer medications, tests, and treatments as ordered.
• Teach patients and families health regimens and disease management.
