Job summary

Northfield Public Schools seeks a Site Supervisor for Community Education's Recreation program in Northfield. This part-time, temporary role runs 9/1/2026 through 5/31/2027, with flexible hours and pay between $17.18 and $18.51 per hour.

You will oversee activities at the designated site, manage sign-ins, collect drop-in payments, open/close storage rooms, set up equipment, ensure participants follow rules, and report concerns to the recreation coordinator. A background check is required.

• Must be age 16 to apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee activities at the designated location and ensure participants follow program and building rules.
• Manage sign-in of users and collect money from drop-ins and open gym participants.
• Open/close storage rooms, set up/put away equipment.
• Report concerns to the recreation coordinator.
• Construct adult league schedules and manage the QuickScores site when changes to the schedule are necessary.
