Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in member relations or event support is a plus.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Attend and participate in member group meetings and events during evenings and weekends.
• Support planning, setup, and execution of member and community events.
• Serve as a point of contact for members and encourage involvement.
• Promote activities via conversation, printed materials, and light social media posts.
• Track attendance and collect feedback to improve engagement strategies.
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members and participants.
• Represent the organization positively in the community and build local partnerships.
• Recruit members to fill leadership vacancies.
• Meet with community leaders to start new member groups.
• Serve as liaison between local agents and the Membership Team.
