Competenze

• Graduate of ADA-accredited dental school (DDS/DMD).
• Florida license or eligible within 3 months; no license revocation.
• Passed National Boards Part I and II.
• DEA license required.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience with underserved populations preferred.

Mansioni

• Diagnose, plan, and deliver all phases of general dental care per statutes and rules.
• Deliver care at the Sumter County Detention Center site.
• Supervise Dental Assistants and other staff; delegate tasks.
• Maintain HIPAA, OSHA, and CDC standards; accurate charting.
• Provide dental education to patients and participate in QA activities.
• Collaborate with CMO and onsite providers to ensure access to care.
